STAYING HEALTHY
Being a busy executive doesn’t leave you much time to think about yourself. With so much responsibility on the job a lot of executives often ignore their own health. Heart attack, stroke, alcoholism, smoking and obesity affect executives just as they affect the general population, sometimes even more so as many busy executives have stressed filled positions that are very demanding. They are often running from customer to customer and even state to state and don’t get enough rest or the proper nutrition. Some executive claim they are too busy to get proper exercise. They don’t often give much thought to executive health as they are so focused on their jobs. It is always better to take good care of yourself and be healthy than have to worry about health problems. It is imperative to balance a healthy lifestyle along with your work habits. If you are feeling good you are able to give more energy and have more stamina to perform your duties more efficiently. You need to take more time to devote to your well being in order to decrease the chance for illness and disease. You want to improve your overall health and maintain it so you can live a long and health filled life.
