TROUBLE SLEEPING
For the past couple of weeks now I have been having trouble sleeping and I am not sure why. My doctor suggested that I try some exercises and stretching before I go to bed but I just have not been able to do it. Every time I get ready for bed I am just too tired to do anything, but then I just lay there. I tried the sleepy time tea, but for the first week it did not work because I picked up some sort of diabetic tea and drank that by accident. It would not have mattered anyway though, when I did get the sleepy time tea, it did not help. Reading helped a little bit, I got to sleep quicker but then I could not stay asleep through the night. I am pretty sure it has to do with my schedule. If I could just get to sleep at an earlier hour and wake up earlier, I would be fine, but it is a vicious cycle because when I do go to bed early, I am not tired and I stay awake, then I cannot get up in the morning, which leads to me not being tired early at night and so on and so forth. I am going to give the exercise thing another shot though, and maybe that with the tea will get me knocked out.
